Week 2: Time goes on, the meticulous clockwork that is my summer progresses. Week two was much easier than the first. As rhythm becomes the hum of our daily lives. I understand my place within our makeshift home, I accept it, I flaunt it, I enjoy it. Unfortunately, my expository classes were cancelled due to the shorter week. However, my regular classes were kept as usual. The students were quizzed for the first time, and consequently, I had my first experience grading.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to go home for a few days. I witnessed two spectacular events: the Fourth of July and the American Women’s soccer team dominate in the world cup.
